The Automation Division, produces pneumatic components and equipment for the industrial automation with a production output divided between two main plants of Camozzi S.p.a in Italy, one in Lumezzane and one in Polpenazze, and other production units in Russia, China, Ukraine, USA and India, which can offer a complete range of components as cylinders, valves, FRL, fittings, vacuum components, control cabinets and systems.
Thanks to the use of modern technologies , of a structured and efficient organisation based on the principles of Lean Production, and of the direct controls of the markets through a spread sales network of branches and distributors, Camozzi S.p.A. has enjoyed the confidence of a wide range of customers, from the final customers to big OEM will known worldwide.

The Machine Tools Division is located in the production plants of Innse-Berardi S.p.a..
The range of the offered products complies with the requirements of different sectors thanks to the integration of resources coming from historical companies producing machinery of different kinds, but in any case complementary.
During these years, a strong leadership has been achieved in the automotive, energetic and transport industry.
In 2003 the acquisition of Ingersoll Machine Tools Inc. has further strengthened the machine tools division. This company, located in Rockford - Illinois, is an international leader in the production of special machine tools for aerospace, defence and energy fields. Ingersoll's most prestigious customers are: Boeing, Lockheed Martin, General Motors, Ford, Chrysler, Caterpillar and General Electric.

The Camozzi Group is actively involved in the Energy sector through Componenti Speciali S.p.A., the company has a long lasting tradition in the nuclear special components market, deriving from the realization of large-sized high- complexity components that have met the highest quality standards and are in operation in various nuclear plants world-wide since many years. As of date, Componenti Speciali S.p.A. is focused on the strategic aspects of the nuclear market and on the definition of advanced solutions, thanks to the participation in several consortia at both national and international level.

The Textile Machine Division supplies complete lines of spinning machines which, starting with the raw material, produces the yarn for the subsequent use in the textile industry. TodayMarzoli S.p.a., (established in 1851), is the sole machinery producer able to offer a complete line in this sector. Thanks to its the sales network, the company is present on the world's main cotton producing markets. In 2000 this division has strengthened its position in China establishing a joint venture between MARZOLI S.p.A and DONGTAI Textile Machinery Co. Ltd., leader in China for the production of textile spinning machines: the Marzoli (Dongtai) Textile Machinery Co. Ltd. was thus founded.
Other initiatives are being undertaken in order to develop and renew the textile Industry in the Russian Federation, in the countries of the CIS and various countries in Africa through the realization of Integrated Textile Systems and the development of technical and managing Training Centres supported by the universities of the States which take part in this initiative.

The Manufacturing Division is made up of five companies with different specializations: Campress S.r.l. - hot brass pressing/forging, Camcasting S.r.l. - aluminium alloy casting, Plastibenaco S.r.l. - plastic injection moulding, Marzoli Foundry S.r.l., - cast iron, Newton Officine Meccaniche S.r.l. - steel structural work for mechanics. Thanks to the development of the competences achieved after years of experience and to the use of advanced technologies, the Manufacturing Division, besides being a reference point for the group companies, operates successfully in different industrial sectors in order to comply with the requests of any kind of customer.
