Camozzi's network's web sites collect some Users’ Personal Data.

The Personal Data collected independently or via third parties include: Cookies, Usage Data, email, name, surname, telephone number, country, city, address, business name, user name, and password.
Other Personal Data collected may be indicated in other sections of this privacy policy or through information texts viewed with the collection of Data.
Personal Data may be input voluntarily by Users or collected automatically while using Camozzi’s network’s web sites.
The use of Cookies - or other tracking tools - by Camozzi’s network’s web sites, unless otherwise specified, aims to identify Users and record their preferences for purposes that are closely related to the provision of the service requested by Users.
The failure to provide some Personal Data by Users may prevent the Data Controller from providing services.
Users take the responsibility for third-party Personal Data that are published or shared by web sites, and guarantee that they have the right to communicate or transmit them, exempting the Data Controller from any responsibility towards third parties.

The Data Controller processes Users’ Personal Data by taking the safety measures that are necessary to prevent non-authorized access, disclosure, modification or deletion of Personal Data.
The processing is performed by IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics that are strictly connected with the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, Data may be accessed by other subjects involved in the site management (administration, commercial, marketing, legal, system management staff) or external subjects (such as third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies and Camozzi’s network’s companies), also appointed Data Processors by the Data Controller, if necessary. The updated list of Data Processors may be always requested to the Data Controller at the aforementioned contact details.
1.3.2    Place
Data are processed at the Data Controller’s operating sites and at any other places in which the parties involved in the processing are located. For more information, please get in touch with the Data Controller.
1.3.3    Timing
Data are processed for the time needed to perform the service requested by Users, or by the purposes herein described, and Users may always request the interruption of Data Processing or deletion.
1.4    PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA COLLECTED
Users’ Data are collected to allow the Data Controller to provide services, as well as for the following purposes: Registration and Authentication, Access to third-party service accounts, Re-marketing and behavioural targeting, Contacting Users, Statistics, Advertising, Management of addresses, and email sending.
The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.
1.5    DETAILS ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal Data are collected for the following purposes and by using the following services:
1.5.1    Contacting Users
Through the signing up for the mailing list or the newsletter, Users’ email address is automatically input in a contact list to which commercial and promotional information messages may be sent with regard to Camozzi’s network. Users’ email addresses may be also added to this list as a result of the registration in web sites or after a purchase.
Personal Data collected: city, surname, email, address, country, name, telephone number and business name.
1.5.2    Address Management and Email Sending
These services enable the management of a database of email addresses, telephone numbers or any other types of contact details, used to communicate with Users.
These services may also enable the collection of data related to the date and time in which Users viewed their messages, as well as the type of interaction with them, such as information on Users clicking on links in messages.
1.5.3    Advertising
These services enable the use of Users’ Data for commercial communication purposes in different advertising forms, such as banners, even in relation to Users’ interests.
This does not mean that all Personal Data are used for this purpose. Data and terms of usage are described below.
Some of the services indicated below may use Cookies to identify Users or use behavioural re-targeting, which consists in customized ads viewed according to Users’ preferences and behaviour, detected outside Camozzi's web sites as well. 1.5.4    Direct Email Marketing (DEM) (NetworkCamozzi)
The Data Controller uses Users’ Data to send commercial proposals related to services and products provided by third parties, or not related to Camozzi’s products or services.

Facebook Ads for display advertising is a re-marketing and behavioural targeting service provided by Facebook Inc., which connects the tracking activity performed by Facebook and its Cookies with Facebook Ads advertising network.

1.5.6    Re-marketing with Google Analytics for Display Advertising (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics for display advertising is a re-marketing and behavioural targeting service provided by Google Inc., which connects the tracking activity performed by Google Analytics and its Cookies with Adwords advertising network and Doubleclick Cookie.

1.5.7    Statistics
The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data, and are used to track Users’ behaviour.
1.5.8    Google AdWords Conversions Tracking (Google Inc.)
Google AdWords conversions tracking is a statistics service provided by Google Inc., which connects data coming from Google AdWords ads network with actions performed in Camozzi’s web sites.

1.5.9    Google Analytics with Anonymized IP (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and analyse the usage of Camozzi’s web sites, draw up reports, and share them with other Google-developed services.
Google may use Personal Data to contextualize and customize ads in its ads network.
This integration of Google Analytics makes your IP address anonymous. The process of anonymization shortens Users’ IP addresses within the boundaries of European Union countries or other countries that are parties to the EEA Agreement. Only in exceptional cases, the IP address will be sent to Google servers and shortened within the USA.

1.6.1    Data collected in the Data Controller’s platforms
Each of the platforms (web sites) indicated below collects personal data so specified:

www.camozzi.it / www.camozzi.com: user name, password, company business, country, province, address, ZIP code, telephone, fax, web site, email, contact person and business role, tax code, turnover, number of employees, references, certified quality system, certifications, mainly used quality control system, plants, financial statements (audited or not), control tools, availability for audits.

www.camozzigroup.it / www.camozzigroup.com: user name, password, company business, country, province, address, ZIP code, telephone, fax, web site, email, contact person and business role, tax code, turnover, number of employees, references, certified quality system, certifications, mainly used quality control system, plants, financial statements (audited or not), control tools, availability for audits.

With regard to “Idee dal Mondo” section: name, web site, address, ZIP code, city, country of the company sending the form. Name, surname, role, address, ZIP code, telephone, email of the individual filling in the relevant on-line form, in addition to certain features of the idea proposed (prototype, serial production, patent number, if any).
1.6.2    Processing Performed by Commercial Partners
The Data Controller may communicate Data to their commercial partners for the purposes specified in this document or for commercial ones. The processing and use of Data will be then regulated by partner's policies, which are not subject to the Data Controller’s supervision.
1.6.3    Sharing of Résumés
Users may share their résumés on Camozzi’s network’s web sites.
Users are required to not include sensitive data in their résumés (in particular, data related to health, religion, and political opinions).
Users guarantee that their personal data are complete, true, and correct, and give their consent to their usage.

1.8.1    Defence in Court
Users’ Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller in court or in the preparatory phases for the establishment of the defence against the misuse of data in Camozzi’s network’s web sites or the relevant services by Users.
Users declare and acknowledge that the Data Controller may be asked to reveal Data at the request of the public authorities.
1.8.2    Specific Policies
Upon request, in addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, the Data Controller may provide Users with additional detailed policies concerning specific services, or the collection and processing of Personal Data.
1.8.3    Maintenance and System Logs
For purposes relating to operation and maintenance, Camozzi’s network's web sites and any third-party services used may collect System Logs, which are files logging interactions and containing Personal Data, such as Users’ IP address.

1.8.5    Exercise of Users’ Rights
The subjects to which Personal Data are referred have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of their existence at the Data Controller's, to know their contents and origin, to check their accuracy or request their integration, deletion, update, amendment, transformation in an anonymous way or blocking of Personal Data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object their processing in any case for legitimate reasons. Requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.
Camozzi’s network’s web sites do not support “Do Not Track” requests.
To know whether any third-party services used support them, Users are invited to refer to the relevant privacy policies.
1.9    MODIFICATION TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time by notifying Users in this page. Please often refer to this page by considering the last modification date at the bottom as a reference. In case of non-acceptance of the amendments to this privacy policy, Users are required to interrupt their use of Camozzi’s network's web sites and may ask the Data Controller to remove their Personal Data. Unless otherwise specified, this privacy policy will continue to apply to the Personal Data collected until then.
